The home is in a great neighborhood. It’s quiet, close to the bike trails and walkable to the downtown square. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. We would happily stay here the next time we come to town.

We enjoyed our stay here for a short weekend getaway! Loved the decor inspired by the nearby trails. The space is nicely updated and near a lot of good restaurants and things to do. Would stay here again!

Beautiful house, amazing location! We had family coming in from town and all stayed at this house during the winter months. Fire pit and hot tub were amazing, but our favorite was the pickle ball barn!!! definitely recommend this airbnb and we plan to come back someday. Host had great communication and the house was very clean.

This stay was great for what we needed on a quick trip to Bentonville. It had all the amenities listed, which was all we needed. The garage is a plus. The hosts were communicative. And I like that they have put the art spin on everything, creating a unique experience that can often be lost with AirBnB locations. They pay attention to detail and we had a nice stay.

Our big family and pup loved our stay. There was plenty of room for all eight of our kids, and the kitchen was well stocked with all the pots, pans, utensils, coffee cups, and dinnerware we needed. The driveway was indeed steep and short like other reviews mentioned, but we had no problem parking our large 12 passenger Sprinter van in the driveway without it sticking out in the road. Just had to make sure the parking brake was engaged. 😅 The view of the lake was beautiful. Great stay overall!

We loved staying at this home! Everything was exactly as advertised and the host was very helpful and friendly. The home was quiet, clean, and super close to downtown Rogers. Highly recommend staying here!

I stayed here prior to the renovations and it was perfect for my needs. Now, with the renovations, it was even better. It has a more fresh feel to it and loved the updates. Great location as always with access to bike trails across the street. Love the neighborhood and the street due to the low traffic. Definitely will look forward to staying here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had multiple families with older kids and we had a blast with the pickleball court. We had an all day tournament with everyone. Walking down to the lake was great and we saw a lot of deer. The kitchen is perfect for large groups. We get together once a year with these friends and we always struggle with refrigerator space and oven space and this had plenty of room for everything. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Highly recommend for a fun filled stay. Hosts were very friendly.
