I cannot say enough good things about our stay. The home was lovely and accommodated our family of 17 perfectly. It was furnished with everything we needed and more. The pickleball barn was an added bonus as well as the kayaks. The hosts were quick with responses when we had questions and they made checkout a breeze. Thanks again!

This was a very nice cabin & perfect proximity to everything we wanted to explore. It was closer to the road than we realized, but the traffic wasn't bad most of the time. We really liked the game garage, but for the few days Newton Co gets hot (like our trip), a box fan or something would be nice so we could enjoy a little more. There is also not really a good view from the deck during summer (but can still get a nice night sky view!) We didn't utilize the hot tub, but if it was cooler outside we definitely would have. It was so unique and neat- hopefully next time!
Overall it was perfect for our needs; well maintained; and set up for everything you may need during your stay!

This house was such a great spot for our crew! We had 4 families with kids and plenty of space for everyone. So clean, beautiful scenery, and so many activities we never even left property. From the pickleball barn to the kayaks and then brief indoor break from the heat for some arcade games- there was never a dull moment. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Great house! The location is absolutely amazing for mountain bikers. Right on the trail and quick access by bike to the castle, slaughter pen trails, the all American trail, the skills park, and downtown Bentonville

This is a great place to stay. The house is practically on the bike trails. It is also a short walk to the art museum. It has a fenced in back yard that is perfect for letting your dog run around.

This house had every single thing we needed! Very clean and comfortable I felt like I was in a family members house! Super close to everything! Even the neighbors were nice! Thank you!

Location is absolutely perfect! Love being able to get on the trail essentially just outside the door. And the garage is great for storing bikes easily.
The house itself is also really cute and we’ll stocks with kitchen stuff and TP :)

We always have a great stay with Tyler and Amy. We like the location of this house. It s right by the trails and close enough to town you can walk in yo eat or shop.
